What counts as a user? Allowances include all named office and field staff accounts. Customer portal accounts are not included. Offline working, complex scheduling and payroll are scoped separately.

What is separate? Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Hosting, domains, ongoing maintenance, third-party subscriptions and usage fees are separate. Integrations depend on provider access and complexity. Additional users and work outside the agreed scope are quoted before implementation.

The practical details

Explore what matters to you.

Follow the job from enquiry to completion

We map your actual job lifecycle, including urgent call-outs, return visits and work waiting for approval. The system should show what happens next and who is responsible.

  • Capture the enquiry, location and work required
  • Prepare a quote and record approval
  • Assign the job with the right documents and instructions
  • Record work, photos, time and outstanding actions
  • Complete the job and pass approved information to invoicing
Give field teams a useful mobile view

A technician should be able to find the address, read the job history and record progress without navigating an office dashboard. We scope mobile forms, photo capture and any offline requirements around real working conditions.

Reduce the need to chase updates

A shared status view helps the office answer questions without interrupting the person doing the job. Customer notifications or a portal can be added for agreed milestones. Staff retain control of sensitive notes and information that is not ready to share.

Custom software or an existing product?

If standard scheduling and job sheets cover your needs, an established subscription product may be quicker and cheaper. Bespoke development is worth discussing when you have specialist approvals, unusual pricing, complex customer accounts or integrations that existing tools cannot support.

Define the first release

We scope a complete but limited job journey, with permissions, imports, backups and training considered from the start. Pricing is individual to the project; discovery establishes the users, workflows, integrations and support needed before a build commitment.
