What counts as a user? Allowances refer to operators of the included integration management view. They do not include licences or users in connected third-party products. API access, task volumes and provider fees are separate.

What is separate? Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Hosting, domains, ongoing maintenance, third-party subscriptions and usage fees are separate. Integrations depend on provider access and complexity. Additional users and work outside the agreed scope are quoted before implementation.

The practical details

Connect what already works

You do not need to replace every system to improve the process. We review the tools you use, their API access, subscription requirements and limits before proposing an integration.

  • Website enquiries into your CRM or job system
  • Approved job details passed to accounting software
  • Customer notifications triggered by meaningful status changes
  • Data synchronisation and scheduled reporting
Agree which system owns the data

Before building, we decide where a customer record lives, what happens when information changes and how duplicates are handled. A clear source of truth prevents an automation from multiplying errors.

Handle failures as part of the workflow

Third-party systems become unavailable, reject records or change their APIs. We plan validation, retry rules, duplicate protection and alerts so a failed transfer can be found and resolved. Sensitive credentials stay on the server.

Keep human judgement where it belongs

Not every action should be automatic. You may want staff to approve a quote, review an unusual request or check an invoice before it leaves the business. We put those checkpoints into the design.

A focused starting point

Bring an example of a repeated task and the tools involved. We can scope one connection first, agree how success will be measured and document any third-party fees and maintenance requirements. Integrations are quoted individually.
