What counts as a user? Allowances refer to named staff accounts. Customer access, additional roles and larger deployments are scoped separately.

What is separate? Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Hosting, domains, ongoing maintenance, third-party subscriptions and usage fees are separate. Integrations depend on provider access and complexity. Additional users and work outside the agreed scope are quoted before implementation.

The practical details

Explore what matters to you.

Open a topic for the detail behind the service.

Start with the bottleneck

We map one real workflow before proposing software. Who enters the information, who needs it next and where does work stall? Sometimes an existing product is the better answer. Bespoke development makes sense when your process cannot fit it without costly compromises.

One place to see what needs attention

A shared operational system can bring enquiries, customers, tasks and reporting together. The scope follows your business rather than a long list of features nobody uses.

  • CRM-style customer records and activity history
  • Tasks, approvals, assignments and status changes
  • Dashboards showing overdue work, capacity or agreed business measures
  • Reports and exports for the people who need them
Build in access and accountability

We define user roles and data access early. Your administrator, team member and external customer may need different views. Backups, audit history, retention and recovery arrangements are agreed around the information the system holds.

Introduce it without stopping the business

Start with a usable slice, test it with the people doing the work and migrate data in stages. We plan imports, checks, training and a fallback before retiring an existing process. That gives you a chance to correct assumptions before investing in the next stage.

Scoped around value and complexity

Business systems are quoted individually. Users, permissions, integrations, data migration and reliability needs determine the scope. You receive a delivery plan with agreed milestones, acceptance checks, ongoing costs and support responsibilities.
