What counts as a user? Allowances refer to registered end-user accounts plus separate administrators. Concurrent usage, device support, offline storage and hosting capacity need an agreed scope.

What is separate? Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Hosting, domains, ongoing maintenance, third-party subscriptions and usage fees are separate. Integrations depend on provider access and complexity. Additional users and work outside the agreed scope are quoted before implementation.

The practical details

Explore what matters to you.

Open a topic for the detail behind the service.

Designed for the task in someone’s hand

A field worker needs large controls, a short path to the next job and a reliable way to save progress. A repeat customer needs quick access to their account. We design around that use case before adding app features.

  • Mobile workflows with clear loading and error states
  • Installable access on supported browsers and devices
  • Accounts and saved information where needed
  • Shared web delivery without separate iOS and Android codebases
Offline support needs a plan

Offline capability is scoped explicitly. Which records can be stored on a device? What happens when two people change the same job? How does the user know an update has synced? We define those rules and test reconnect behaviour rather than promising that everything works offline.

Use device features where they are useful

Photos, notifications and location can support a workflow, but browser and operating-system support varies. We check the devices your users have and provide practical fallbacks. If a requirement needs a native app, we will say so.

Release, measure and maintain

We agree a small first release, test on representative devices and provide a handover. Updates, browser changes and any server costs need ongoing ownership. Pricing follows the workflow, integrations and offline requirements, with a written scope before development.
