3. Consultation Recordings and Transcripts
Online consultations booked through Calendly may use Calendly Notetaker to record and transcribe the meeting. We use these notes to understand your requirements, record decisions and prepare agreed follow-up actions. A Notetaker participant may appear in the meeting.
We will confirm at the start of the call that you are comfortable with recording before proceeding. You can decline in your booking response, email us before the call, or tell us during the meeting. Declining does not prevent you from having the consultation; we will disable or remove the Notetaker and take ordinary written notes instead. You may also ask us to stop recording at any point.
Please do not disclose passwords, payment-card information, private access keys or other sensitive information while recording is active. If sensitive information is shared accidentally, tell us so we can take appropriate steps, including deleting the affected recording where practical.
Calendly processes booking and Notetaker information on our behalf. See Calendly's privacy notice for information about its processing. We regularly review the Notetaker's retention and deletion settings. Recordings and transcripts are kept only while they are useful for the enquiry or resulting project, reviewed periodically, and deleted when no longer needed.
