The problem
The existing project brief described a website-builder site that felt slow and generic. For a bespoke interiors business, the website needed to explain the services and offer a clearer way to start a conversation about a project.
The approach
The redesign put the services at the centre of the site and introduced a consultation booking route. That gives a visitor a more useful journey: understand the kind of work available, decide whether it fits their project and request the next step.
Brand refresh and photography direction were included to help the presentation reflect the work. Local search setup supported the business’s Mansfield context.
The solution
- A responsive website organised around the business’s services
- A booking system for consultation requests
- Brand refresh and photography direction
- Google Business Profile and local SEO setup
The relevant technical work was the responsive build, booking functionality and search foundations. The purpose of those choices was to make the services easier to explore and the next step easier to take.
The result
The project delivered a service-led website with a consultation route and local search setup. Verified before-and-after enquiry, revenue and performance figures are not available, so we do not attribute a numerical uplift to this work.
What a similar project could measure
For a future launch, we would agree the baseline and measurement period before making changes. Useful measures could include completed consultation requests, form completion and mobile page performance, with traffic changes considered alongside enquiries.
